Skiing in Florida?

Yes, it is possible....albeit on a magic carpet treadmill-type thing. In celebration of my last spring break ever (boo), I'm planning on going out to Lake Tahoe to ski in March. Chad is an accomplished skiier and has been trying to get me to go for a while now, so for Christmas I got a nice new ski jacket and a lesson on this indoor machine at Bill Jackson's in St. Pete. Apparently, according to the instructor, I did really well, so that's a good thing. I learned about three different ways to get up if you fall down.....although I'd like to avoid that as much as possible. Anyway, it was pretty cool and I'm looking forward to March.
