Anniversary....
Ok, so I missed the one year anniversary of my blog by a few days. I'll just chalk that up to the influence of "cuban time" down here in Miami.
This time last year seems like a million years ago, and when I think back on everything that I've done, it really does seem like a lot. Seeing as though school is wrapping up and I'll be moving soon, it just seems like the appropriate time to do a little stream of consciousness year-end wrap up. So, here goes:
Summer, '05.....Chad's Graduation, Blue Door and the Beautiful People, Jekyll Island with Stu, Having everyone down to the Keys, Running the boat aground, Jai Alai and the Allman Brothers with mom, job search, ADR on Saturdays, working @ WGM, dinner parties at Stu's, June is a fucking blur, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory & Fondue, TS Dennis, Chad's birthday at Madame's, Tim's wedding in Chicago, seeing Dara and eating frushi and way too many hot dogs, Chad moves back to the 727, Rafting in Maine, standing Lobsters on their heads, poker with the boys, Back to school, Hurricane Katrina, clubbing with no A/C and swimming to cool off...
Fall/Winter, '05.....less time for fun, VIP treatment @ Metropolis, the little dog at Jai Alai, watching Hurricane Wilma with Stu, eating all the meat rescued from the freezer at Jai Alai, smoking cigars with Stu and Jason in the dark, fleeing to Tampa, good times with Chad at the expense of the MPRE, the Commodore's Ball, rescuing puppy Wilma, the Bankruptcy Dinner at Capital Grille, going on a "date" with Stu's date, Fantasy Fest, Strongbow and Irish Car Bombs, New Year's with Chad and Kira in KW, bringing Wilma home, snow in Cleveland, a funeral, the cousins, Tampa Jai Alai premieres, the realization that I'd been duped, VIP @ Varekai, a birthday, gorging ourselves at the Food and Wine festival...
Spring '06....visiting the Rubber Hilton, Thank You for Smoking with Lauren, Ski lessons with the Australian, Beautiful Tahoe with Chad and Kira, the All-or-Nothing slot machine, Asst. Manager Aaron Hagar at the Cabo Wabo, many movie days at Stu's, Easter in the Keys and Wilma's first trip, the angry Bum on Chad's doorstep, Bloc Party with Corey......what's next?

Congrats! Happy Anniversary! I wonder what the next year with bring forth. Hopefully another great year...
